Signing up is easy - once you receive the two simple forms (one is a sign up form, the other a method of payment form) just fill 'em out and fax 'em back to us. That's it.

You very simply send us your materials (document(s) and database(s)) via e-mail. That's where Main Strike's Operations Department takes over and your responsibility ends. Your job can be sent within minutes upon receipt in most cases.

We try to keep things very simple for our clients. All you have to be able to do is e-mail us your materials. In some cases, we don't even need for you to e-mail us the document file - it can be faxed to a special toll-free image capture hotline (877-299-7454).

Main Strike can accept a wide variety of document formats, which should accommodate your needs to the fullest. All Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Powerpoint), all Adobe programs (PDF, PhotoShop, Illustrator, PageMaker), Quark Xpress, and even TIF, PCX, BMP, JPG files are readily accepted.

Absolutely, a proof of a broadcast fax or broadcast e-mail will be sent to you upon your request for any/all of your jobs with us.

Absolutely not. As you will see on your contract, all of your lists and information sent to us will remain completely confidential and used for no other purpose than that of sending your faxes out.

Main Strike's rates are extremely aggressive and competitive with the fair market price for our services. In the case of a client looking for a price break due to a high volume, please speak with your Main Strike account manager for more details and information as to what is available to you and your organization.

As with faxing from a regular fax machine, Main Strike only charges you for connected time. You do not pay for a fax that never went through to its destination because that fax number is busy over and over again, there is no answer or we receive a message recorded by an operator regarding that number. Likewise, you do not pay for a fax that never went through to its destination, that is, unless the destination was a voice line and there was connected phone time (incrementally billed).

Main Strike employs an aggressive retry algorithm that has been shown to achieve a higher connect rate than a standard retry system. There is a maximum total of 8 retries for faxes that do not go through (depending on the reason for the fail).

At the completion of all broadcast faxes, a Broadcast Fax Fail Report is generated and can be faxed or e-mailed to you, whichever you prefer. This report will show you, in detail, who did not get your fax (everyone who isn't on this list got the fax) and why.

Nowhere. Your materials go out exactly as you wish for them to. If you would like, we'll even send you a proof to show you exactly how it will look for each job.

Yes, here at Main Strike we have a full service Operations Department that can do as much or as little layout and design to your document as you require - at no additional cost. All we require is for you to supply us with final copy and we take it from there and send you a proof for your approval before the final piece goes out.

Main Strike has a variety of options when it comes to merging. We can perform a standard merge, which places a nice, clean header at the top of your document displaying the recipient's name, the date of the fax and the page(s). We also can perform unlimited sophisticated merging throughout your document or simply in a spot you specify to us - this can be a block of information, or a simple code or ID number. In some cases, there are some additional costs for merging, but they vary with the project specs. Please contact us with your specifics for an accurate rate.

Yes, in two ways. If you can get us all of your information and approve your copy while we are in the office (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST), we can schedule your job to go out at the time and date you specify without a problem. If you know you will have a project that needs to go out at a time we are not in the office, you can set up ahead of time a Self-Launch broadcast fax in which all you would need to do is send us your list for us to prep and then, from any fax machine, dial in and send your fax that way, again at any time you specify. Yes, Main Strike can send your faxes out to any and all countries in the world; all you need to do is provide us, in your database, with the country code, city code and local fax number for the recipient.

Main Strike can structure your rate style to benefit your style of faxing. Our rates start out by the minute, but can be altered into per page rates to suit your needs or match what you are doing with your current vendor.

With advanced technology, Main Strike's maximum fax capabilities are limitless. Thousands, tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands per day do not pose a problem.

Invoices:
If needed, your invoice can reflect a billing code or PO# for each job. Main Strike mails out your invoice, in most cases, the day after your broadcast transmits. If you have other needs (like e-mail or faxed invoices), just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Payment:
Main Strike provides several options for payment. Many businesses are offered terms (15 or 30 day) after submitting a credit application and passing a credit check. Or, you can pay by major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover and/or any debit card), personal or business check, cashier's check, wire transfer or postal money order. Please note that some arrangements require a prepayment of an estimated total of your bill.

Main Strike provides an additional service which supplies you with your own unique toll free number that your recipients can call into and take themselves off of your list. Or, you can simply provide us with a list to purge from your data!

No, we do not guarantee any results from your effort. Response can and will vary based on ad content, timing and list demographics. You should remember that not all ads are effective no matter what the medium - print, radio, television, fax, e-mail, etc.

If you would like, Main Strike will keep any and all of your information that you send to us on file for you by date. That way, if you ever need to re-use a list or document, or both, just give us the date and we can pull it up. Changes and alterations can be made to anything we have on file for you without a problem.

Main Strike's services can occur 24 hours a day. Our customer service is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Clients can e-mail their information to us anytime day or night.

Main Strike will keep all client information - from documents to databases to payment information - completely confidential. Under no circumstances will it ever be sold or used in any manner other than its said purpose.
